Ryan Fennick
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Fennick is a recognized pharmacy business leader and specialty pharmacy executive with over 15 years of experience growing patient-focused pharmacy practices. In his most recent experience in the specialty pharmacy sector, he led the national growth of a local specialty pharmacy where his responsibilities were immense, including national licensure, wholesaler relations, technology-focused project implementations, accreditation approval and maintenance, manufacturer trade relations, PBM and payor contracting, his business goals of rapid and profitable growth were far overachieved.
With Palmetto Pharm, Dr. Fennick’s vision is to keep the same aggressive entrepreneurial mindset but to apply that to a pharmacist-owned, patient-focused pharmacy. “The goal is to give our partners the best experience with the singular focus being on improved health outcomes for our patients.”
Dr. Ryan Fennick received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Roby Sagar

Roby is a veteran entrepreneur & proven business leader with decades of extensive experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions, operations, project management, and corporate strategy. He has successfully founded, grown, and exited two startups in the medical device and commercial development industries, whose successes were based on technology, strategy, and, most importantly, their team.
He has spent most of his career leading and advising on critical business decisions while concentrating on building a strong culture that drives the firm’s people, vision, and mission. Roby brings a diverse set of skills to the Palmetto team with his vast experience, education, and professional relationships.
Roby is a proud alumnus of both the Universities of Maryland and Virginia. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and he earned his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
